• The charges of Jeep Safari remain the same on all days of safari. They have been decided by the park authorities. However, the cost of each Jeep Safari is different for Indian and foreign nationals. Also, the cost of safari in morning and night and in core and buffer zones differ. Therefore, the actual cost should be checked before booking. Also, if there is any change in the taxes or charges after the booking is made, then visitors will have to pay the difference amount at the time of the entry.

• For Online Safari Booking in Tadoba National Park, the tourists must pay in advance to confirm the booking.
• Proof of identification like Adhaar Card, Voter ID card, PAN card, etc., should be carried. Tourists will have to submit the photocopy of the same ID proofs at the time of boarding for the safari ride which they have used at the time of the booking.So original proof of identification should be carried for the entire trip.
• For foreigner visitors, only their original passport is considered as proof of identification.
• The visitors must book their safari ride with correct and complete details. If there are any discrepancies in the booking, then the booking will be treated as invalid and will be canceled.
• Booking of jeep safari can be made 120 days in advance. Tatkal booking can also be made for a core zones.
• Only registered vehicles are allowed for the safari in the forest area. No private vehicles are allowed inside the Tadoba National Park.
• Every Tuesday is a holiday in Tadoba National Park. Apart from this weekly off, only morning safaris are available on 26th January and on 1st May.
• Payment for the tourist guide is included in the online booking.
• The Tadoba Jeep Safari Timings for Summer are 5 AM-7 AM in the morning and from 3PM -4:30PM in the afternoon. In the winter season and 6 AM-8 AM in the morning and in the afternoon from 2PM-3:30PM. Therefore, tourists are advised to reach the safari gate thirty minutes before the safari starts.
• It is advised that the tourists should not wear bright or dark color clothes as it may excite the animals.

• Visitors are not allowed to get down from the vehicle in a jeep safari.
• No tape recorder, transistor, or radio can be carried into the forest. Therefore, all visitors are expected to maintain complete silence.
• Feeding any animal or bird during the jeep safari is strictly prohibited.
• Forest roads are full of curves and are topsy turvy. Bars have been provided in the jeeps for safety, and standing in the jeep during the safari ride is not allowed.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol during the jeep safari is strictly prohibited.
• The speed limit is defined by forest authorities for Jungle Safari in Tadoba. Therefore, it has to be strictly adhered to during the safari trip.
• Booking of the safari is non-transferable. However, if there is a genuine case, then a maximum of one change may be permitted if a written request is made to the office of the Field Director of Maharashtra 15 days before the safari date.
• Violation of any of the above restrictionsis liable for penalty.A fine not less than Rs. 500- and up to Rs. 2,500 may be charged.
• If any violation is done by a registered Gypsy/ canter owner or guides, along with a fine, his authorization to enter the Tiger Reserve tourism zone will be suspended for a minimum of 7 days, which can be extended up to one month.
• Any violation done by a tourist should be reported to the nearest park authority by the tourist guide immediately; otherwise, the guide will be treated as a violator himself.
• Safari ride to any zone or any part of the zones cannot be chosen by the tourists. Only in case of natural calamity like floods, rains, strikes, landslides, fire, public agitations, etc. the authorities of the Maharashtra government can make changes or cancel the trip.
• The Government of Maharashtra holds the right to admission in the Tadoba National Park.
• All terms, conditions, rules, and regulations of the Tadoba National Park can change without any prior information or notice. Therefore, the park cannot be held responsible for the same.
